1. Cancel any time
You can cancel any time from the Membership page in the NGU app, via the billing portal (coming soon).
2. When cancellation takes effect
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your access continues until then.
3. Failed payments
If a payment fails, there is a short grace period [length to be confirmed] to update your payment details before access is paused.
